Sliced bread 1 slice
Butter2 small pieces

Instructions

Prepare ingredients: Finely chop onion. Soak bread in milk until milk is fully absorbed.

Sauté onion: Melt butter in pan. Sauté onion until softened and fragrant. Remove and set aside.

Mix the meat filling: Combine the soaked bread, sautéed onions, ground meat, seasonings, and a small amount of cheese. Gently mix by hand until well combined.

Form meatballs: Take portions of the filling and roll into uniform small balls. Pan-fry until golden brown.
