| Butter | 2 small pieces |
| Half an onion | finely chopped |
| Black pepper,white pepper | to taste |

Mashed Potatoes

| Milk | What was left earlier |
| Cream Sauce | in moderation |
| 1 small knob butter | in moderation |
| Heavy cream | 100ml |
| Flour | 1 tsp |

Instructions

Prepare ingredients: Finely chop onion. Soak bread in milk until milk is fully absorbed.

Sauté onion: Melt butter in pan. Sauté onion until softened and fragrant. Remove and set aside.
Mix the meat filling: Combine the soaked bread, sautéed onions, ground meat, seasonings, and a small amount of cheese. Gently mix by hand until well combined.

Form meatballs: Take portions of the filling and roll into uniform small balls. Pan-fry until golden brown.
